Patient Policies and Conditions at Skinsations Med Spa
Children are only permitted in the Medical Spa when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 15 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
If at any time you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice. When a deposit is required for treatment, 48-hour notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid forfeit of deposit. Please understand a staff member, a room, and equipment is reserved just for you. We do require a credit card to hold your appointment. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Each of our clients are very special to us. We pride ourselves in treating each individual as a person with his/her own special needs. We work very hard to satisfy our clients and ensure your experience with us exceeds your expectations; however, no refunds or credits will be issued on services rendered. Because of FDA laws on Medical grade products we are unable to take returns on any skincare products.
